Why order online instead of visiting a dispensary?
Storefront dispensaries often have to sell out of a product in order to purchase more, which compromises its quality. We source new product daily from several supplier which keeps our products fresh and competitive in price. On average, orders are delivered in two days which makes it a superior option for the time-poor and medical cannabis patients with mobility issues.
Is my my information safe on this site?
The security of your information is of utmost importance to us. We employ the latest encryption technology to ensure your payment and personal details are kept confidential. We would never pass your details on to a third party. All H2C Club passwords are encrypted, so that even our administration do not have access to this information.
How will my order be packaged?
Discretion is our top priority. There will be no markings, branding or labels on our packages that indicate the products inside. Our packaging is designed so that it can be delivered to shared home addresses (and even workplaces) in total privacy. Products are vacuumed sealed in smell-proof bags, and wrapped again, as a double security measure.
Who do you ship with, and how long does it take?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for your package to arrive. To date, we have never experienced a major delay or packages being ceased. Delays will occur if the address is remote or is incomplete. Feel free to contact our team regarding your order.
Where do you ship to?
We ship from the province of British Columbia and deliver nationwide across Canada. Due to legal restrictions, we can not ship outside of Canada but we hope to do so in the near future.
Can I send a package or gift to someone else?
As we are a strictly 19+ service, we must deliver only to the person with a registered account and verified government ID. You may, however, send a gift card to another H2C member.
I haven’t received my package. What now?
We track every package. If you haven’t received your package within 5 business days, please contact us. A Canada Post investigation can take two weeks. If Canada Post is unable to track your package, you will receive a one-time replacement order free of charge.
